We accept returns and exchanges of orders within the first 7 days from the delivery date. The following conditions apply:

 

• All items must be new and in an unused condition. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange request.

 

• Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

• Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

 

• We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you may contact us at info@emergencycontact.ie or call us at +353 (0) 19059996 with details of the product and the defect.
