How do Emergency Contact Smart Tags and Slapbands work?
The Emergency Contact Smart Tags and Slapbands are very user-friendly. They use NFC technology, the same as contactless on your mobile phone. Simply create a profile for your loved one or object on our app. This profile will have all the contact details and medical information for your loved one. Place the Smart Tag on your child/animal/parent/object . If they get lost, they can simply tap the smart tag on the back of a mobile device and the saved contact information/profile will be immediately on the screen. The contact numbers on the profile are clickable. There is also an option to click straight into a WhatsApp video call. This is a great option if the child or adult is very distressed or upset.

What happens if I enter the wrong number on the smart tag ?
Don't worry, you can program the tag as many times as you like through our app. Simply log in to your profile and update the contact information. Click "Activate Tag" and the updated profile will be programed onto it.
How fast can I get my order?
All orders are shipped within 24-48 Hours through DPD.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that we do not have control nor are we responsible for the duties and taxes that may incur at the final delivery country. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
How do I return or exchange my order?
You may request to return or exchange your order by sending us an email at info@emergencycontact.ie. Please note that all items must be new and in an unused condition. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange request.
